Oh, and there is an outdoor entertaining area with pull down shade screens too – which is critical as it means you can stay outside a lot longer, and you will. And finally, there is a double garage under the main roof too – around the back with an entry straight into the house. For when it’s raining.
Horse wise, and don’t get me wrong this is by no means a full equestrian setup, but it’s got a lovely day stable in the paddock, lots of feed and a water trough, and is just the ticket for a horse and pony to get you to “Lake Lesh” on the trails. Indeed, the back 3 or so gated acres are arguably more stunning than the front, so imagine the delight you feel when you realise all that stuff behind the gate and fence is ALL yours. This is a darn good place to go for a walk or a ride. The horses in this family reckon it was just fabulous living here and they even left you some good compost to prove it.
